Introduction
In this lecture, we will discuss important aspects of user interviews, a fundamental method in exploratory UX research. The associated exploration makes use of imagery and Youtube videos and reviews user interviews in-depth. User interviews are one of the most critical and suitable methods to gather user feedback at any time in the design process, but especially, at the beginning of the UX project.
