Overview

Physical resources such as books include a great deal of information that isn't available online. OSU Libraries also loans more than 75 types of non-book objects from our Library of Things, including laptops, headphones, board games, and locker space. While some aspects of searching for a physical object resemble finding an article, other aspects of the process are specific to the physical domain.

This module will walk you through:

Locating books through the library's 1Search tool;
Finding books on the shelf;
Finding other physical library materials;
Requesting books not currently available at an OSU library.
