Become a DEI Advocate!

The COB believes that the best way to create a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusivity is to engage everyone in DEI efforts. To that end, we have created a program in which any staff or faculty member can become an "DEI Advocate." A DEI Advocate is someone who commits to three DEI related goals:

1. Personal and professional development
2. Commitment to professional action and change
3. Contribution to the College of Business

To enact these goals, DEI Advocates agree to take the following steps each year:

1. Attend 3 or more DEI-related educational opportunities, such as workshops or seminars;
2. Personally commit to making the COB more diverse and inclusive through their personal actions;
3. Participate in 1 or more DEI committee events or activities.
